Sending our daughter to Newport Academy-Utah, was the hardest decision we had to make, yet it was the best decision we could've made. Our daughter stayed at Oakley for approx. 60 days and the level of care that she received was exceptional! Her care team (Andria, Brooke, Amanda, Felicia, Jose, Aleene) were very professional, knowledgeable and it was a pleasure working with them. We were impressed with how well the team communicated with us. We were always able to get in touch with our daughter's team, and provided timely responses/updates. The nursing team and residential staff were also great and communicated well with us. It was comforting to know that even though our daughter was over 1,000 miles away, she was safe and in good hands.
