In July, I received three consecutive days of ketamine infusions, based on an evidence-based protocol for neuropathic pain. This involved much longer sessions (4+/- hrs.) than typical ketamine treatments for mental health conditions.

These people don't care about the people who need help to better themselves. They set me up for failure. They didn't try to help me like they said. These people are the only practice who "can't reach me", but I don't have a problem with anyone else local and out of state calling me, especially now that my voicemail is working. These people know I have a hard time with transportation and that includes what my medical insurance covers for transportation, and I always made sure I made myself available for over the phone, but again, they "couldn't reach me". I make my trips ahead of schedule, and at times the transit won't drive in the areas I need to be, so I let my people there know my situation, and see if I can do an over the phone.......this is where they set me up for failure...."not being able to get a hold of me" on my scheduled over the phone sessions, and my phone is always near me. They don't call me, they never try to communicate with me, they just don't care about anyone who suffers mental health and needs proper treatment and help. They disregard certain people like we're lost causes and they choose who they want to help. Only Three women truly, and honestly cares about EVERYONE who walks through those doors and listens/hears EVERYONE, and these women are the kindest souls with the biggest hearts and they deserves better than this place. They're the reason for the generous second star.

I called two weeks in a row about a thanksgiving box and kept being told somebody would call me back but nobody called. I called again and was told they passed them out already. So now my kids won’t have a thanksgiving
