My son has been in counseling at True Vine for about 6 weeks now. He is hard to please, so was glad to hear that he feels his therapy is helping and enjoys a comfortable relationship with his counselor. I don’t take this lightly because in the past, he has seldom been happy with quality of care or ease in making/ keeping appointments.

Very poor communication regarding setting up an appointment. I called on 8/28/24 to schedule an appointment. I was asked my name, insurance information, date of birth, and contact information. I was told the earliest appointment was 3 weeks with Gina Lindvay. I took that appointment. 2 weeks go by and I receive a call saying Gina does not see clients over a certain age. If they had my date of birth from day one, why did they schedule me in the first place, and why did it take them 2 weeks to realize Gina would not see me? As it turns out, no counselors at their facility will see me. The person who informed me of this said she made an appointment at their Milton location the following week (now we are 4 weeks out from my initial call). When I told her that I could not make that appointment date, as I wasn't available, she told me harshly, "well, then you'll have to call them yourself and schedule you appointment."

I was seen on 9/5/24 for ADHD testing yet they did not have the right equipment and said they would be in touch with me. It has now been almost 2 months and I have yet to hear from anyone. I have left 5 messages as well as the doctor that referred me and neither of us has yet to hear back from anyone. It is just incredible that a MENTAL HEALTH FACILITY would not call a patient back!
