I have the most wonderful counselor; Kathy Baldwin; she is the best. I'm giving them a 1 star because of a caseworker; Angela. She never calls my medicine in to the pharmacy on time & she absolutely will NOT return a phone call. I have been without my medication for depression for 6 days now; even though my pharmacy has reached out multiple times; I've left messages for her; my counselor & the front desk have emailed her about it. I also need my other medicine pre- authorized; which hasn't been done; so I also can't get it until she does the pre-authorization. Going without these meds is very dangerous & there's no excuse for it! I would recommend Eastridge BUT make sure that you do NOT have her as the caseworker!
