I feel incredibly fortunate to have found my therapist, Amy Ray, at this practice. She is a star. No, wait! 5 out of 5 stars! I'm not exaggerating when I say she helped change my life. With her guidance, I've been able (in less than a year) to increase my ability to manage my emotions(by a degree of literally a thousand percent and I've had my math checked by an MIT professor of mathology so that figure is completely accurate), find effective ways to manage stressful situations, have someone compassionate, warm, and extremely knowledgeable and capable just to talk out my issues with.
