This place is full of counselors who are not at all personal. Nobody here is on the same page. If you come here for depression or anxiety you will leave worse. Nurse Tracy tries her best but the disconnect between the counselors and her creates a dangerous situation. I have been canceled on and stood up so many times by the counselor assigned to me. And in order to continue receiving your medications the NP prescribes you have to speak to these flaky “counselors”. So here I am after not having meds for a month (very serious medications prescribed to them by me that cause things like suicidal ideation when stopped) being refused a clinic appointment until I see this counselor who is supposed to “call” for appointments. It’s an endless cycle of calling waiting for them to get on the same page, not receiving promised calls back, and confusion between staff.
