The receptionists Bella at the Little Rock location and Cody at the Conway location rock!!!! Danielle and Sarah are awesome providers. My friends who have gone to new path as well have had very positive things to say about my recommendation. If you want a mental health clinic that really cares about you, these guys are great!!!

I've been using Riverstone for about a year now. Kelsie and the Riverstone staff has helped make sure I felt safe when a situation arose with an outside abuser and they have worked with us when we had a temporary issue with our insurance. Tascha at the front desk is always so kind and personable! They have extra activities like yoga at the clinic that Riverstone clients can come to for free and the clinic feels so homey and relaxing. Kelsi has helped me immensely in finding my new identity in Motherhood and has helped me find coping mechanisms to be the best mom I can be. She's a fierce advocate and ally, gives incredibly trauma informed care and I'm so thankful to have her in my life. My sessions keep me grounded and have helped me to be a better version of me. I can't say enough good things. Just 10 stars all around!

Jennifer is wonderful as well as the front desk staff. Today at 2:00 pm I had a therapy appointment with Rickey Etheridge. 2:40 pm rolls around, and I talk to Destiny (a wonderful front desk worker) who had told me she let him know I had been there. I requested to reschedule as I wanted to be home before the rain hit (I dont live in LR) to which I was able. I asked for my money back to which Destiny shared that she would have to talk to her supervisor since I paid in cash, which I totally understand. Once I leave at 2:44 pm I get a call from Alleviant (more specifically Destiny) at 2:51 sharing that Rickey had not known that I was there even though Destiny had told me she alerted him of my arrival. It was said that Rickey didn't see me, but in the waiting room of 2 no one came and called my name. I was asked if I wanted to reschedule with Rickey again to which I expressed I did not, but Destiny told me he was sorry. If I have to give a 24 hour notice if I wont arrive or be charged $50 dollars I would expect similar standards from the therapist. Destiny told me that upon my next appointment I could get my money back.
