My baby was born 21 hours ago has still not received a bath. Staff was very unhelpful and was dealing with other patients. We have barely slept at all, and then they decided to wake us up at 4 AM and tell us to pack all of our stuff and move us down the hall. Now I have no place to store all my stuff and I have to sleep in a chair thx. I just wanna go home at this point. I feel like I could take care of stuff myself better than what they have. Update told the head nurse about our concerns and she rolled her eyes, told her we have been waiting for mylea”s IV to be taken out since yesterday and she told us some bs that they kept it in so they could draw blood, 20 min later the phlebotomist told us that it cant be used since it has already had other fluids. Also the head nurse decided to close the doors so we can’t go up to the front desk anymore and never called the doctor like I asked her to so we could be released Also The power keeps flickering off
