In my honest opinion, if you are in search of a reputable therapist, this may be an appropriate choice. However, it is important to recognize that the front desk staff requires considerable improvement. Additionally, reaching out to them can be quite cumbersome, particularly at their Fort Smith location where calls often go unanswered. Given that their client base consists of individuals with high levels of anxiety and various disorders, this situation raises concerns about safety.

This place has made such an improvement in our lives. Lacey is amazing. Jamie, Dr. Witherington, and Dr. Ellington are all spectacular. We followed Dr Ellington and couldn't have made a better decision. I can tell you that some of these reviews are just people not taking responsibility for their actions. There's no odor. The building isn't falling apart or guilty. I'm fact, it's cleaner than most clinics. Sure it's small, but they are just beginning. There's always time for improvements and expansions. Maybe show up on time if you don't want to be fined the 75 fee that is clearly posted. They also ask that we tell them directly not voice mail. It's really simple
