I’ve been going here for the past 3 years and have had such a good experience. The front desk staff is amazing, especially Alyssa, Krisy, and Guyver. They’re all so kind, caring, and helpful every time I call. Whether I need help with medications, refills, or appointments, they always get everything taken care of quickly and make the whole process so easy. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and it makes such a difference 🤍 I see Dr. Jacob and he’s been great — very easy to talk to, understanding, and always makes me feel heard. I also really love that they offer Zoom appointments so I don’t always have to go into the office! They’ve gotten me through some really tough life events and I truly can’t recommend this place enough.

I had a very horrible experience here, will never ever again go here and I don't encourage anyone else going here for help. First when I arrived I laid in emergency room for hours, very sick, they came to me said I was being admitted. The staff in ER are so rude, and lazy, don't care about patients, all they care about is themselves talking to one another, laughing, and ask a question they are rude and act as if ,"Why" I got admitted horrible, when I first got in to room I was ok walking and able to get up on my own. They came in gave me come kind of pill saying it was hydroxyzine, 4 hours later I get up to go to bathroom and I had to use a walker because having trouble walking, got close to bed and I fell and hit my head on a big thing and a nurse asked my caregiver one who was standing by mecehen I was walking why did she fall and what happn ed she said I tripped on chair that's a lie, she wasn't near me making sure if I start to fall to help me and I'm not sure why it so happened that later that night I couldn't walk but when I got there I was able to wonder what pill they gave me. So the hole time I'm here for they have a camera watching me. I as well couldn't get comfortable because they wouldn't give me my sleeping meds I was supposed to have so I tried to lay down at othercend or figure out how to get comfortable and a siren went off and a bunch of security guards came and held me down and they tied my hands and feet down I was like that for hours. As if I was doing something horri my wrong very unacceptable and can't believe they even do that at a hospital to anyone. It happened 3 times having to be tied down. They also gave me some medicine and mixed it with something else that wasn't supposed to be mixed with and it caused me to get very dizzy for 6 days. The nurses and doctors were rude, laughing amongst one another, if I needed help going to bathroom they took so long to come and help me. They wouldn't give me my meds when they was supposed to, took hours for them to bring them to me. This place is just horrible I don't recommend this place to anyone if I could give no stars I would...
