The TMS techs, Jason and KT, make a huge difference in the overall experience. They are both so friendly, fun, and easy to talk to. They make each session something I actually look forward to, which says a lot. They create a positive and comfortable environment that helps take away any nerves or anxiety about treatment. The TMS treatment itself has made a noticeable difference in my depression. I feel lighter, more motivated, and more like myself again. The ER doctor and staff, impeccable. And after being admitted, the following morning, another impeccable and wonderful set of doctors and staff took the best care of me. Their food was also very delicious and flavorful. I thank everyone that took care of me. The only reason I did not give a five star review is because the nurse that took over my care during the evening time was extremely hostile and rude, otherwise as mentioned; everyone else was beyond kind and considerate!
