Unfortunate that I have to write a review on here like this. My son was going there for therapy he specifically told me the therapist he was seeing wasn't helping he wanted to switch therapist's. We were going to switch but then he decided he didn't need the therapy anymore. Fast forward 4 5 months later we decided we wanted to attend therapy again. We called and scheduled therapy tried to. Then we're told we need to do an intake again even though my son sees Dr Charles Tilley. Took 4 5 days supervisor finally called me and said we could schedule with no intake. I then had some concerns i wanted to express to therapist who the supervisor or whoever they were recommended i leave her a voicemail. I left a VM the therapist called me back few minutes into the conversation she says "I haven't met your son yet even, and I am not going to have someone dictate to me on how my therapies go" I said of course you haven't I was telling you I'd like to talk to you the first session. She then added how when someone starts and comes in and then she said something I can't remember the word but then said she's gonna put a kabosh on it. I said I simply.said I wanted to talk to you i wasn't dictating I just simply asked. She then said based on notes I had a "sour taste," for plains area mental health. I never had a sour taste in my mouth for plains. I did proceed to tell her based on her being rude and saying I was dictating that I did have a sour taste now. I thanked her for her time and appreciation of calling me back but I would be seeking therapy elsewhere for my son. If she's going to treat me rudely without even meeting me then that isn't someone I want for my son. I was appauled by this as I wasn't dictating I was just wanting to tell her first visit to make sure my son is benefiting to his full potential. Apparently that was an issue for her.
