This facility’s negligence nearly cost my partner his life. Despite knowing he was due for an appointment, staff turned him away, claiming he wasn’t on the schedule. This total failure of care triggered a severe psychotic episode that put him in immediate danger and left our family traumatized. It is irresponsible for a mental health provider to be this careless. I had to manage a life-threatening crisis alone because this office refused to do its job. This isn't the first time they’ve messed up, and they must be held accountable before their incompetence leads to a tragedy.
