We are disgusted with the treatment of little Amari, she is a sweet kid, you guys should be ashamed of your self!

Krystal or Crystal, however you spell it, is a receptionist here and she is SO rude!! Everytime I come she always as an attitude with me. Straight face and a bothered tone Everytime I come for an appointment. I wanted to mention, I am Mexican, and everytime a white person comes up to Krystal, she's nice to them. She might be racist. Last time I came I had a new insurance company, so I handed her the card. She snatched it from me, and threw it back at me. Horrible service.

My husband was brought in by ambulance from Abilene Memorial. He had the unfortunate experience of having to deal with Dr. Curtis Kauer who assists people at Salina Regional. He is a horrible person. 😡 He uses threats and extortion as a way of manipulating his patients. (If you don’t do xyz, I won’t do the catheter in your heart) In addition, when he came back into the room after I spoke with the director he would not leave when asked. This is why the score is only a 1. ADAM (Charge Nurse on 3SE) and Gunner (nurse) were amazing. Adam listened to what I had to say, acknowledged my fear, heard my feelings about the doctor and then formulated a plan. Adam was the clam to my storm! He went way above and beyond! THANK YOU! Gunner was the nurse once my husband got to a room. He was kind and patient. He had fantastic bed manners. He was funny and very attentive. He answered questions without an attitude! It is my prayer that Adam and Gunner are rewarded for being like a fire cracker lighting up the sky!! ❤️
