Mental Health Providers in Liberal, Kansas

Came to these people in mental crisis. Enrique was the first I spoke to. I'll never forget how compassionate and understanding he was. He also called me to try to get me in earlier than my scheduled appointment. I see Katelynn (I'm terrible at names and probably misspelled her name, 😐) She is Wonderful. Very empathic, compassionate and such a good listener. I know I haven't been easy to deal with. I'm not having an easy time dealing with me and everything around me.. but Katelynn is helping me. For everyone that I've encountered there, they have been so very nice to me. Even when I wasn't being so nice to be around. For me, this place, Enrique, Katelynn and the rest of the people I've encountered, has been a Godsend.

Kaylee Lopez is amazing! I’d give 5 stars just based on her interactions and professionalism. But calling and trying to get an appointment before the next ice age is next to impossible. My daughter has been an established client and when I called to make an appointment, I was told that I must first make an appointment for a “navigator” to get my identification and insurance. THEN that NAVIGATOR would make the appointment for me. The appointment for the navigator would have been two weeks and longer for the provider after that. Too many barriers to treatment as is, shouldn’t have to be even more.
