Mental Health Providers in Princeton, Kentucky

My child definitely loves her therapist, as do I he really does help. But the person that helps with our meds I am beyond disappointed. I have called for 2 weeks now to get refills and now my child is down to one pill and still nothing. Like seriously. Your messing with my child's health at this point. I am about to get really really upset.

I started going here in 2022 and I had a couple things come up where my mind was elsewhere. I ended up forgetting a couple of therapy appointments. And because of this they had given me one more chance. The third therapy appointment came up and they said I was a no-show. Because they got the date wrong. I had proof in my email that I did not have therapy that week it was the next week. And I was banned from going there for 6 months. I may be wrong on the time but I was so mad that I didn't go back for 2 years. I only went back because I was in a dark place and I didn't want to start over with a new therapist. Fast forward to 2024 I have started going again the past few weeks and I had an appointment and not that long ago and I was out of town so I called that day and I said I needed to reschedule it they said that was fine we can reschedule it for the next week since you have an appointment that week. Well a couple weeks go by and I had put in my calendar that my appointment was from 3 to 4:00 but apparently it was at 1:00 I had made a mistake a typo or whatever and that was on me it was a mistake but not one that I did on purpose. Now my therapist won't see me and handed me off to someone else. So I left. I only come here now for medication management.
