First of all, when I first got there I received no toiletries and scrubs that fit me three times my size. I had to ask twice to get a sweater or something to cover up, secondly, there was no hot water. They kept telling me to push the button to make it hotter. It never got hot so only cold showers. Thirdly, one of my dinner meals my last night there was uncrustable for kids with a side of mashed potatoes and carrots. So this must be where most of the insurance money is going to. And then to top it off they lost the clothes that I came in with. They cannot find them so I had to leave with borrowed clothes from another patient. Safe to say staff member could not care less always on their phone and barking orders. seemed to be pissed off to be there all the time taking it out on everyone there suffices to say they just didn't care. The only people that were kind and actually cared were the nurses. I was not there for any kind of mental behavioral issues. I was there for over intoxication of alcohol but the whole time I was there I was treated as if I was a criminal.
