The woman at the front for dental services is very rude. She always has a nasty attitude when I talk to her. Other than that, their dental and primary care team are stellar.

First off I have been with SCLHSA for almost 2 decades now. Don't expect to see a doctor or counselor on the first visit or after the first phone. I see a doctor, Dr Brice who is amazing and reads patient files and a counselor once a month. They can be overbooked and understaffed but do try to accommodate everyone. Yes I do have telehealth visits at the clinic as doctors are spread thin. I have never had any problems except for parking, which is no longer an issue, and people coming in thinking they can get seen right then and there with no consideration of others and yell at the workers who also have to worry about their own mental health.
