Used this company for my son’s medication! We seen 3 different counselors in the past year we have been with them went on Christmas break just to find out they dropped my son as a client. Everytime my son gets comfortable with a counsler they eaither quit or something happens and now he’s dropped and told me my insurance company isn’t paying anymore when I called them twice and they stated they will pay services but reasource manement needs to send the proper paperwork. Call the office and Susan never calls me back after requesting a call back! Or I get transferred to the Jennings location daily bc the lake Charles office is always in meetings!!!
