I would like to express my heartfelt appreciation to this facility and its staff for their unwavering support and guidance throughout my recovery. The program, staff, and fellow residents have all played a crucial role in my growth, providing me with a strong foundation for my ongoing sobriety. The skills and strategies I learned here have been instrumental in maintaining my sobriety, and I am now residing in a supportive sober living environment where I can continue to learn and grow. During my time at the facility, I received the difficult news of my sister's cancer diagnosis and her subsequent passing on November 4, 2025. However, thanks to the support and tools I received, I have been able to cope with this challenging situation in a healthy, sober, and stable manner. Today, I have come to understand that acceptance is the answer to all my problems. I am confident that I will never have to resort to substance use again. I am grateful for the opportunity to share my experience and encourage others who may be struggling in silence to seek help. Used this company for my son’s medication! We seen 3 different counselors in the past year we have been with them went on Christmas break just to find out they dropped my son as a client. Everytime my son gets comfortable with a counsler they eaither quit or something happens and now he’s dropped and told me my insurance company isn’t paying anymore when I called them twice and they stated they will pay services but reasource manement needs to send the proper paperwork. Call the office and Susan never calls me back after requesting a call back! Or I get transferred to the Jennings location daily bc the lake Charles office is always in meetings!!!
