My son was sick with fever and we missed an appointment. We called as soon as they opened and let them know and rescheduled. We asked if we could get his mental health meds refilled until our next visit (two weeks later) and they refused. My son was without his mental health medication. Would not recommend if you rely heavily on medicine being filled.

Mrs Rhonda is an excellent doctor she cares and listens and makes sure your where you need to be in your recovery. The staff is amazing from the moment you walk in and Mrs Brandy greets you to the nurses in the back. They all show compassion and patience. Working with people in recovery it’s important for us to feel heard and that our doctor and staff actually care. They aren’t just writing prescriptions and pushing you out the door. If your serious about your recovery and want a doctor that is just as serious about it go here.

It’s terrible don’t go here. I only like one person there and shes the one that asks you questions to gauge your mental illness. The doctor there that you have to talk to/get your medicine prescribed from is extremely rude and dismissive of your problems especially if you’re a woman. The woman that sits at the desk to take calls( the receptionist) has literally hung up in my face before after picking up the phone and not saying anything. I could hear the back ground clearly. I was having strong side effects to a medicine he was prescribing and he tried to keep me on the same meds. I went to my primary doctor and asked for a med change and the psychologist/psychiatrist was genuinely mad by that. (You don’t even see him in person by the way it’s over a computer thats hard to hear out of, understand, and communicate with). Like he took it personally like his ego was bruised. Telling me basically he knows what he’s doing and I was being irresponsible.
