Cornerstones is a wonderful program for young adults who are struggling to find their place in the world. The clinical staff, in particular, are remarkably compassionate and insightful. They seem to genuinely care about each of the program’s residents. The staff work hard to establish strong, safe, and trusting connections with the young adults in their care. Cornerstones is an oasis in what can sometimes feel like the desert of professional support/resources for the transition to independent adulthood. I would not hesitate to refer any other loved ones to this excellent residential program.

After weeks of working with another company, I can safely say, I am mortified with the service provided by Alternative Wellness Care even more than I was when I made my initial decision to discontue working with them. My hope is that this posting will encourage better training in staff, ensuring that each case manager has the tools, resources, and attitude required to assist each client with their needs. I was not offered the quality of care I deserved. I am beyond grateful to have had the skills to advocate for myself and pursue what I knew was correct and healthy.
