The staff was fine, but their trained PROCEDURE prioritized treating patients like "liabilities" by making them ask a series of dark, existential, depressing questions. They share everything with mercy hospital and they will only talk to you about your past, not your future. So if you had previous sensitive medical history you don't want shared while you are trying to be optimistic, I'd prefer a therapeutic center not affiliated with the medical billing systems. I only wanted to schedule a routine zoom therapy appointment, mind you. I wasn't incredibly depressed. I was busy. But certainly after answering 40 existential questions and being reminded of a medical record I cannot delete, change, or contest; yeah I was feeling a lot more down than before I walked into "compass".
