Mental Health Providers in Chillicothe, Missouri

This place was just awful! They are not through, they would constantly confuse me with other clients they had, trying to tell me who I was, and would tell me I was taking medications that I wasn’t on! They would interrupt me when I would speak, and tried to prescribe me medication that I did not need! The lady I talked to tried to tell me that I had symptoms that I know I didn’t! I have anxiety and depression! She tried to tell me that I was OCD and was hearing voices and needed to be put on a high dose medication. I went to my PCP and told them what the lady told me, and my PCP told me NOT to take it and would be calling them to follow up on why they told me to take that, when it wasn’t for me! Not sure what happened after that because I moved far away from that place! They do no listen, they do not help, and they make you feel worse about yourself then what you actually felt going in! I have several friends from Chillicothe and they tried to warn me about this place, but unfortunately this was the only place that was near me at the time. Everyone I know, will not ever go to this place and now I see why! PLEASE GO FIND BETTER HELP AT A BETTER PLACE!! this place is not it!
