Mental Health Providers in Eldon, Missouri

A good friend of mine goes to the Eldon building. He has no car and they know this. Still they will hardly help him with anything. Thanks to them he's been without food, and a phone, and help with paperwork , and rides on the dr. They always have a resentful explanation. And make arrangements with him that they don't keep. Knowing he has a mental limitation, one is getting overwhelmed with these things, and two, again, no ride. While he watches them jump and perform these duties for other clients. The man actually has ground to sue this company or see to it that most are replaced. But his kindness has restrained him from this while in the meantime he starves and can't call anyone to come help him. So I have only 1 star for them and for my friends mental health they've failed him
