Asked us to arrive 30 minutes early for our first appointment to fill our paperwork. That’s fine. We got there 30 minutes early and had paperwork completed in 5 minutes. Sat there and waited 15 minutes PAST our appointment time (so we waited 40 minutes) with no one else in the lobby. When asking how long it was going to take we were told “no idea.” Highly suggest using another provider in town.
