I’ve been in this business for over 40 years and I truly recognize commitment to excellence in this business.

Was suppose to take my son for his appt and the receptionist that said I missed my appt was very rude and hateful. Was trying to explain to her that we had already cancelled my son's appt she told me because it was a disability appt that I should of went to the appt. Explained to her that I'm very cautions on who my son's sees and knowing the complete back round of creditals to understanding that testing my son by not knowing him wouldn't give y'all the right info. With that being said, she said that I need to do what I was told and come to the scheduled time and now I should take it up with social security. I wasn't listening no more and hung up. They expect me to take my child here. Think again.
