I've been going there for a long time. Julie always has my best interest of my health at whatever needs to be done. In other words, she is so passionate, so easy to talk to. I absolutely adore her. She definitely knows her job as far as what to look for when someone is sick. She's such a beautiful person, always willing to listen to your side of things. I just can't say enough about this clinic because I see someone else here too, but just her. She is amazing! Amazing work for the patient and as a person.
Was pumped with meds that didn’t work, when I told Doctor Ferrer they didn’t, she just told me to keep taking them. I told her 3 times, 4 weeks apart, that my meds were not working. She never took me off those meds, or tried anything else. This final appointment, I brought in my mother to help explain the symptoms I was experiencing, and hopefully help get my meds changed. The old nurse (who is also rude 24/7) and doctor ferrer looked at my mom and literally said “And who are you?” Dr. Ferrer won’t listen to your concerns.
