When I was going there, the director was mentally unstable and her entire staff felt the same way, because I spoke with them about it. After I had to part ways with my former therapist, the director forced me to go with another therapist who had issues of her own. We were NOT a good fit at all!! So, logically, I sought another therapist outside this clinic, which was against their policies. The director told me to leave the clinic. Whether or not these are state laws, they make no sense at all!! Now, because I have a PPO insurance policy, I'm pretty lucky that I can pick and chose which doctor or therapist I wish to see. Not back then!! ☹️ Back then, this clinic was a joke and a half. They didn't even have a direct mailing address!! And the building looked like a trailer park wreck. Smh. Well, I'm glad if they helped out other people, but for me it was a waste of time and money!! The only doctor that helped out there was Dr Reamy, who was quite competent and knowledgeable!! And my former therapist, whose name I won't mention for her personal privacy.
