I admit I got put out of one program yet they won't allow me to attend a totally different program concerning a totally different issue but one monkey don't stop the show . Let that be known and by the way , the director is very rude and unprofessional and I'm not just saying that bc I got put out. In saying that from dealing with her . Everyone else was polite and professional.

No organization and the receptionist lied to my face. We tried to get an over the phone intake 3 different weeks and each time I wasted taking time off work and no one called at the scheduled time. Every time I call to see what happened I get a rude response and treated like I am crazy. ( I was making an appointment for my child to get diagnosed cause she has behavioral problems) Three weeks into trying to get an appointment I asked if I could do the screening in person with my child. I again took time off work, took my child out of school and drove an hour to this place. When I arrived they sat me in the waiting room for over 30 minutes while two individuals in the office talked about me loudly. I must have been an inconvenience for them or something. I go to the desk and ask why we are still sitting in the front and the receptionist tells me she called me earlier and canceled my appointment. Mind you I had no missed calls or voicemails. You bet I contacted the director and she had nothing but excuses for them. Very unprofessional. I hope they hold this place accountable for all the mental health patients they are failing. Because they definitely failed my daughter.
