I had zero issues until Tanya Parker left. She was amazing and very responsive to my NEEDS - not wants but NEEDS for my mental health. I called to get a refill this morning on an important medicine and they told me Tanya was no longer with them and I’m discharged. This was so shocking and disappointing. The receptionist was absolutely no help. Just gave me the run-around. I am being referred to a different Mental Health Center because that is not how you treat a patient with depression and hasn’t had their medicine in days— because the patient was failed to be informed their doctor left. Crazy. Will never be back there. I work in behavioral health and I KNOW that’s not how you treat patients. Absolutely ridiculous with zero compassion.
