Amazing visit. Everyone is so nice and talkative. They went out of there way to even resolve a payment issue. Plus, I got to play with there beautiful puppy 🐶 that will greet you as you walk in. Was hard to leave. Almost makes you want to make up a reason to come back. Thanks again. ❤

If I could just rate this place 0 stars I would, if you have any other options just don't go here. If you have no other options, then godbless you and good luck. I can't even get an appointment scheduled for a court ordered mental health evaluation because of the level of incompetence at this "Behavioral Health Care Center." Every receptionist I've spoken to at the Smyrna, TN location has the attitude of someone who clearly doesn't want to be on the phone, or helping you. Everytime I've called to even schedule this appointment I'm told to submit the court order to schedule an appointment, but twice now over the course of the last two years I've tried to come here for this, I have had this information faxed to them, and every time it's faxed they tell me they'll contact me back within 24-48 hours and then fail to do so. This place is a joke. There's also the many times I've been on hold just to be hung up on after waiting, and they're either using cheap garbage phones with technical issues or like to pretend they cant hear you so they don't have to deal with you because in my seemingly unending quest to schedule a simple mental health evaluation they're the only ones who consistently will tell me they can't hear me until I just give up. If these are actual volunteers they need to volunteer elsewhere because some people actually need this service. The irony here (wether intentional or not) is that, it's as if they're banking on you being too mentally unwell to seek help here at all.
