I have been a client of Centerstone off and on for over 20 years. I’ve recently returned for my mental health needs and the scheduling is not like it used to be. I used to get a print out with my future appointments listed clear to understand. I’m used to seeing two staff members per visit. The appointment reminders have only been listing one of your professional staff members when I usually see two. The last appointment was scheduled for 11am. When I got a reminder call prior to my visit the automated call stated I had an appointment at 10am and 11am. I rely on family members to drive me to Centerstone and they are employed. The appointment paper I was given only stated an appointment at 11am. This caused stress because I could not reach the office staff by phone before my appointment and there was not an option to leave a message. It seems the current office staff aren’t doing a good job of providing accurate information about future appointments. Other than that, the new medicine Dr Hartman has prescribed me is great and I have a brighter perspective on my future!
