If you can go to the Logan location do that instead. We called today ahead of time and a lady from Logan answered. She told us that she would tell the tremonton location that we were on our way since they close the printer at 5:30pm and maps had us getting to the building at 5:31pm. We made it inside the building at 5:31pm and the lady at the tremonton location closed the printer and told us we were out of luck since we were 1 minute past 5:30pm. She also told us that the Logan location DID let her know that we were coming and she still chose to close it and not help us at 5:31pm. This was extremely frustrating because we still made the trip with our newborn and toddler to try and get the birth certificate because we were told the tremonton location was notified that we were coming. They were notified and the lady at tremonton chose to not help us at 5:31pm.
