I’ve been going to this place for a handful of months over some bad depression and whatnot. Long story short, I was placed under Therapist Amber Clays and doctor Whitney Millers care to correct my problem. I’m not being given the full hour of therapy as described, I’m out in 15 minutes of literally a few useless questions to be pushed a whole month out for my next appointment. All that while Whitney puts me on a handful of medications that somewhat did something to the depression while having the downside of not being able to function properly for more than a handful of hours without crashing into unconsciousness. It’s gotten so bad that I’m unable to make it to physical meetings and instead tried to use the zoom calls they literally have as an alternative solution. Since trying to use that I’ve either been given the runaround or flat out left in a zoom room ignored while it says the host sees me waiting. I literally have photo proof of that entire ordeal and have even sent it to Whitney via email. They’ve yet to make any attempt to contact me about anything regarding my health. I literally still have bloodwork there that they haven’t even attempted to update me on. Tried calling today just for the receptionist to ask me with an attitude “why does she need to call you?” As well as just keep blowing me off saying repeatedly that her next available day is an entire month out. This is extremely unprofessional behavior and almost diabolical considering these people elected to work in a side of health that can be considered extreme in some cases and depression alone claims thousands of lives every year.
