This office cancelled on me twice the day of my appointments. Always staying “the therapist had to leave”. They should probably have more reliable therapists if they can’t bother to ever stay a full day at work. On top of that the receptionist never leaves a voicemail, when you call back it takes a while, and multiple calls, to get through. I suggest just going to the Dothan office if you actually want help. I have been trying to just do an initial intake appointment for three months and have been unsuccessful solely based on their atrocious business practices.
