I've found from personal experience that if it's just you and the doctor in the room during your visit that they're is more more understanding but when others (students)are present not so much! I just feel like there's just an impression to be made between doctor and students, I've heard others say basically the same thing. Just saying!!! He seems to be nicer and more concerned when it's just him and the patient in the room.
