I got therapy from here for one year. it helped me get through a very difficult time in my life. I met my challenges with more faith and knowledge of self. My therapists guidance was essential to avoid hopelessness, depression and dysfunction. So in effect I was given my life back for a price I could manage - what a blessing they exist because they really do help alot of folks be better people.

I lived here for a while and found most of the expirience beneficial. The 6 hours of group therapy was tedious at times but helpful. Met a few friends along the journey journey. Emily, Annie, Elizabeth and Peter were some of the friendliest counselors I ever met. Kirsten was the best supervisor ever!!

The social workers and therapists at Berkeley Mental Health are compassionate and kind. They treat everyone with respect and consideration.
