I’m currently halfway through my TMS treatment, and I’m already noticing such a meaningful difference in my mood, clarity, and overall well-being. I was honestly nervous going into it, but the experience has been so much more positive than I ever expected. Nayeli and Jocelyn, the TMS techs, have made this entire process feel comfortable, safe, and far less scary than I thought it would be. They are patient, kind, and incredibly supportive. They take the time to explain everything, check in with me, and make sure I’m okay during each session. Their warmth truly makes a difference. Rica and Dr. Shih, my psych team, have also been amazing. I feel heard, supported, and genuinely cared for. They’ve created a treatment plan that feels thoughtful and personalized, and that has meant so much to me.
