First Steps Recovery was a golden gem that entered my life shortly after leaving a drug rehabilitation program. The counselors here are amazing and have almost all experienced the heartache and battles of beating addiction in their own lives, if not the lives of their direct family and/or spouse. My life has completely turned around with the support received from them and specifically my caseworker Amanda, my nurse Tyler, and my therapist, Jimmy. I would’ve never guessed that my life would be worth so much more than I first viewed it without their encouragement and professional support.

This place was ok in the beginning, but then when I had to cancel an appointment because I had to work and another time because I was sick.....they couldn't keep my appointments. They canceled on their end and I would show up. With NO NOTICE OR CONSIDERATION LAST MINUTE after being there on time. I've only noticed young ladies there. I was canceled on 3 times. The receptionist couldn't even explain what happened or why. No help what so ever. Now I have to go somewhere else because it is way too stressful to have them keep their appointments with me. Rude!!!
