During therapy sessions, I often felt interrupted when sharing, which made it hard to express myself. I frequently had to remind the therapist about what was happening in my life because their suggestions were sometimes triggering or impractical, creating additional stress. I rarely felt truly heard, and many sessions left me feeling more triggered and unsettled than before.

I’ve tried reaching New Beginnings Fellowship multiple times just to schedule a time to complete my community service hours, and every call has been frustrating. Each time I called, I was pushed aside and told to call back at another time instead of simply helping me set up an appointment. What made it worse was that a person named ALONZO MITCHELL later calles me back accusing me of being rude on the phone when I absolutely was not. I was just trying to get clear information and move forward with my hours. The lack of organization and the unprofessional communication made the whole process way more difficult than it needed to be. I really expected better from a place that’s supposed to be about helping people. I would reach out to ONEOC and get your hours done elsewhere i can tell they will make your time here a living hell.
