Ended up with a therapist who would constantly make me feel like I had to prove something. Often try to make me think they were above me since they were "doing this for 30 years", and in multiple times never regarded me for my depression, anxiety, agoraphobia and such but rather lesser things and made it the main topic of my sessions. They at one point made a bluntly transphobic comment, implying that I'm "lucky" for not ending up as "one of those". My mother tried, multiple times to get my therapist changed but the "insurance didn't allow it". I can't even go to therapy anymore and my symptoms worsened.
