Newport Academy has been an amazing asset to our family’s tool chest. Having a son with extreme ADHD, Autism, gender dysphoria, etc. Newport was recommended by our son’s Dr. and saved us at a very difficult time in our lives. Our son stayed at Shingle Springs, CA where we had professional and caring staff that went above and beyond to support our family. After 9-weeks it was determined our son needed a higher level of care and Newport helped us to find the right facility that could help our son further and did the leg work to ensure our insurance was accepted and transportation was seamless. Special shout out to Reanna, Ben, and Laurel whose professionalism and kindness got us through a very difficult time. The family and group therapy sessions have been instrumental to our healing. The Newport app and therapy sessions are available to us indefinitely as alumni’s. We still attend the weekly LGBTQ sessions lead by Reanna, who leads us through discussions that heal the soul well beyond LGBTQ topics. We were blessed to have been referred to Newport!
