Showed up on a Tuesday 9am which according to online, yelp and website they are open and no on answers the door and no one answers the phone. Wasn’t feeling well so wanted a cold support IV and could have gone to a dozen other places!! Waste of time, this business lacks integrity.

The level of incompetence here is astounding. Between making you go in circles for basic care, mental health professionals that yell at you or give you attitude and raise their voices or that refuse to acknowledge prior mental health and force new diagnosis on you, doctors that give you attitude and ask you what were you expecting when asking for help and relief from pain, long wait times on the phone and a poor system of communication ( calls drop your place in the queue, to administrative employees comparing your situation to how many times they were diagnosed with cancer...the list goes on. Don't come here if you care about your mental and physical health.

The doctor that I see Is quite compassionate. Also extremely competent and takes patient care and safety extremely seriously. Responsive. The staff in San Marcos is top-notch. This Practice has really done right by me and I’m grateful for it. It doesn’t come up often at all, but there are some bumps with respect to a transition and how the practice is being managed in terms Of getting in touch with the right person. I recommend the doctor and the practice and suspect that you will receive prudent and professional care. And feel well supported.
