First time visiting for a general dental/oral exam and Dentist Ha Vo DDS was very polite and professional. All the staff were very friendly and helpful from the moment I entered the building. The building was very clean.

My dad’s doctor (Dr. Sy) and his assistant Abdiaz are amazing. We have no complaints about the healthcare staff. However, the facility is not appropriately designed for elderly patients. The door to the building is not automatic. My dad uses a wheelchair, so it’s hard to hold the door open while pushing the wheelchair. When we arrived today, a staff member kindly held the door for us. But when we were leaving, the front desk staff were busy chatting and didn’t even notice that I was struggling with the door and the wheelchair. They also don’t have a family or gender-neutral restroom. My dad needed to use the restroom, and I had no choice but to go into the men’s restroom to help him. There was a man inside when we first entered. I apologized, and Dad and I stepped out and waited until he came out. Then I had to explain that I didn’t have a choice but to go in to assist my dad. This is a healthcare facility specifically for senior/elderly patients, yet it is not equipped to meet their basic needs.
