Hanna is lovely, very personable and professional. She is consistent and more dependable than most. She always remembers me and makes sure my needs are being met in all manner of ways not just therapudicly, which surprised me at first. Her knowledge base of helpful entities is broad and she listens with an ear towards ways she can make my life easier. I can trust her to advocate for me in any way I deem necessary.
