Mental Health Providers in Clearwater, Florida

I’ve been seeing Dr. Zimko for over a year now. Dr. Zimko and his staff, specifically Missy and Isaiah, are all wonderful. They are such positive and welcoming people. The energy and comfortability I feel receiving mental health services here is so appreciated. Thank you Dr. Zimko & staff!!

This place was a disaster for my daughter. They admitted my 12 year old daughter with anorexia, only to drop her at the local hospital emergency room only 2 days later. According to the staff there, she was tampering with her feeding tube. They knew this was an issue with her and they assured me she would have 24 hour supervision. Contrary to the instructions given by the hospital, they were using a feeding machine as supposed to a syringe. My daughter lost an additional 5 pounds while in their care for 2 days. They quickly packed her up and sent her to a hospital that is now 3 hours away from us. For a facility that charges $1,500 a day for patients, they should be better equipped to deal with anorexic patients and not drop them at the first sign of a challenge. How were they expecting to help our daughter with her illness? Did they think it would be easy? Don’t waste your time with this place unless you want your patient to lose more weight or be dropped at the first sign of trouble.

They only want your money. They will prescribe you whatever you want if you pay them. And yes you have to pay them a lot. 250 for appointment plus 200 for your first psychological test. They drug test you!?!? So weird, never have I need drug tested in my life. Please don’t use this FAKE mental health establishment. It’s horrible and you will gain nothing
