Dr. Cassidy and his staff are incredibly thoughtful and caring. Dr. Cassidy goes out of his way to work with you and other members of your care team. Portal messages and phone calls are responded to promptly. Dr. Cassidy has been a true blessing to our family during difficult times.
I really disappointed looking back on my visits and honestly the phone sessions are just a money grab, totally worthless to me. Maybe for someone else no me. The sessions just seemed like I was talking with someone that just finished an online degree and was looking for patients to establish an income. I'm wasn't a person looking for meds to take everyday but that was what was given to me. I got frustrated quit the prescribed meds and turned things around on my own. I was a person that just needed a pep talk or some positive ideas. For me I found a better job, let go of the past now things are much better.
