I 100% recommend Hope Behavioral Health to anyone seeking counseling! From the moment you walk in to the calming environment of the lobby, and then getting greeted by front desk, as well as your therapist, everyone is just so kind and genuinely care for you. They are incredibly flexible and will help you in any way they can. They accept many insurances which does help as long as ur plans are non medicaid/medicare but even then, their self pay option isn't too bad especially in downtown Kissimmee. I also love that they even have faith based counseling upon request. They are so kind and again 100% recommend. I've been privileged enough to speak with all the therapist there and have nothing negative to say about them. If you're looking for a local counseling office that offers in person and remote (telehealth) services PLEASE go check them out!

Dr. Lopez is an excellent practitioner; I have always felt she genuinely cares about my son and his well-being. She is timely with appointments and responsive to communications. You won't feel like "just a number" with Dr. Lopez and I would recommend her for anyone seeking psychiatric care.
