At.Pete Live Well & Dr.Lynne are an amazing group who have always been there for me, and have helped me in life changing ways. Dr.Lynne is extremely personable, knowledgeable, & understanding. I'm so glad I found them.

this place is ridiculous! they refused to admit they submitted the wrong insurance and lied to me multiple times about my co pay. I told them my copay was 75$ and they proceeded to tell me I had a zero $ copay and all these calls are so called recorded but in this case they don not have anything. They keep telling me they did not run the wrong insurance which is bull because I know what my copay was. so now I have a bill of 150$ for them not properly doing their job. I am a single mom just trying to get help, they refused to make me an appointment until i paid this but i live pay check to pay check and I have to save to even make the appointment. if they had done their jobs properly we would not have this problem. they people who work the front desk just simply do not know how to properly do their job and then leaves me with a bill that I cannot pay. unprofessional and liars. The psychiatrist Cassandra Hoffman is awesome and love her but this place needs to be penalized for faulty billing practices and I have already complain to the BBB.
