I like Dr. Crane. Then I told the receptionist I got a job and price for 15 minute zoom video visit skyrocketed to 370 dollars. Am I paying for everybody else too? So going back to my DR. Then I called and asked to cancel appt on 19th. Nurse (she's Anonymous, no name badge, prob also office manager) leaves voicemail saying I went ahead and kept appt on 19th. Also she just says this is the "Nurse" again never saying her name. Now I have to walk over there and get an email saying I do not have any upcoming appointments to avoid almost 800 dollars going on my credit report. I will not be paying them a dime. Go here if you have to only on a temporary basis.

It's affiliated with compass, so it's not an ideal place to seek help or services. It would be a waste of time. Staff are heartless and will close your case if you don't meet as often as THEY want, never caring about your needs and schedule. And it's a battle to get an appointment anyway, just like the outpatient branch.
